Your School Lottery is fast and free to set up. Any fees are based on a percentage of ticket sales, so you won’t pay a thing until you’re bringing in fundraising pounds for your school or parent teacher association.
We are committed to giving back as much as possible to the cause your fundraising is intended for. With Your School Lottery, 40% of all funds raised go back to the school. This is almost double what other national lottery providers give back.
Yes. It isn’t complicated, and we can guide you through the simple process of applying to your local authority.
Each week your school will have a guaranteed cash prize winner. They will also go into the draw to win the £25,000 jackpot. The more supporters you school has, the larger the weekly guaranteed cash prize. There are also regular non-cash prizes such as holidays and vouchers.
Gatherwell takes care of day-to-day lottery operations, while you retain oversight and governance. Gatherwell manages the prize fund – relieving you of any exposure.
With Your School Lottery, the ongoing administrative burden is relatively low. Once the lottery is set up, all you need to do is promote the lottery to your community using the marketing materials we provide. You will need to submit lottery returns to your local authority every three months. We will provide you with the information you need to do this.
